Each package includes everything you need minus the alcohol: Bar rental and delivery (Piaggio Ape or The Tiny Tap), certified bartender(s), custom menu, custom tap labels, disposable cups, napkins, ice, straws, alcohol insurance, guidance on alcohol purchases, blank cocktail kegs, set up, excellent service and clean up.

In order to comply with state liquor laws, the host, venue, or catering company must purchase the alcohol. However, we guide you through the selection and order finalization. This actually benefits you—no hidden charges or hefty mark-ups on alcohol.

Of course! We will gladly work with you to customize your menu to offer a variety of creative mocktails in addition to juices, sodas, coffee, hot chocolate, and more. We love coming up with fun new ideas for everyone to enjoy! 

The Piaggio Ape is designed to be compact and versatile, measuring approximately 10.5 feet long, 5.5 feet wide, and just over 6 feet tall. It fits through most standard double doors or garage-style entries, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor events.

The Tiny Tap cart measures approximately 4 feet long, 2 feet wide, and 4 feet tall.

Yes! The Piaggio Ape bar needs an entryway of at least 6 feet wide.

The Tiny Tap cart was built to be collapsible and portable so that it can fit almost anywhere.

Yes! We are based in Charlotte, NC. We include travel within a 1-hour radius of our location. Travel exceeding a 1-hour radius is an additional $75 an hour. For out-of-town evening events, overnight charges may apply. For destinations further than 3 hours away, please reach out for a custom quote.

Yes- we carry both General Liability Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance. We are happy to provide you with our COI if the venue asks for it.
